LITTLE PLEASURES

Spring is here and I embrace it fully. I love my birds that visit every day to partake in the feast that I prepare for them. I got this picture a couple weeks ago of my female cardinal. They give me joy each day and I appreciate their beauty and quiet wisdom and sweet songs. The other picture I got was another amazing beauty that God has graced us with a gorgeous skyline reflecting off of the water. Today with all of the wickedness and sheer and blatant insanity that we are inundated with we have to manufacture our happiness and be purposeful to see the beauty in the darkness that we are surrounded by.

I have been quiet for a while and in my silence, I have had followers and likes on my blog so THANK YOU for the support of my blogs and rants. A few months ago my 12-year-old dog was diagnosed with diabetes. I was heartbroken and did not know dogs could get diabetes nor did I know the signs. She has to have insulin twice a day. The good news is she is doing great. she has lost 20 pounds and I prepare her meals she gets steak, lean meats, a lot of protein and eggs, and oats. She eats better than most people do. I want to inform others of the signs in case your canine baby is suffering without your knowledge. They will drink excessive amounts of water, they will pee a lot, will pant a lot, they will be lethargic. Wish God would have given dogs the ability to tell us they love us and when something is wrong it would make our life easier. I am choosing to do two blogs today sweet and salty. This is the sweet one. Brace for the salty one lol. I am listening to Maynard James Keenan from TOOL singing “Push It” with isolated vocals AMAZING. I suggest you check it out. Listen to the studio version first then check out the isolated then you will see how amazingly talented he is. I hope this blog finds all of you healthy and happy today. Remember to manufacture your happiness. I have been a big promoter of having or creating what I call “A Happy Place” so go find your happy place today. If you have a happy place please share it with me I would love to know what that place is.

COME AND CHILL WITH ME

I am a passionate chick and I am passionate about many things and one of those things is music. I have several play lists and they each have a name I would like to share with the readers my “chill” playlist.
